Throughout years 3 & 4, participants will come together for the Principal Lead & Learn Series. These sessions are held once a month and help new administrators fulfill their roles laid out by the NCDPI Executive Standards.
For maintaining an active role in the program, participants will receive an honorarium based upon their professional development participation. Participants will also receive continuing education credits for each day of professional development.
CCRESA Executive Coaching: Years 3 & 4

During their first year in an administrative role, participants will receive monthly, on-site coaching as well as virtual meetings and on-demand contact. The second year of coaching will include 5 on-site visits and 5 virtual contact opportunities.
